Software for CNC machine shops

The right program on the right machine, every time.

TrueSpindle edits and checks NC programs, proves the right program is loaded at the machine, and automates the repetitive CAD/CAM and simulation work in between. It runs fully offline on your own Windows PCs.

Why shops choose it

Built to prevent scrap, not to add screens

Fully offline

No internet, no license server, no telemetry. Programs and drawings never leave your network.

Checked before it runs

Travel limits, missing tool changes, spindle off during a cut, zero feeds, and right angle head angles, checked live for each machine.

Your machines, your rules

One machine list drives every tool. Adding a machine means adding it to the list, not paying for new software.

Easy to install

One installer, no admin password, nothing else to download. Every save is logged, so you always know who changed which program.

Also in TrueSpindle

The everyday jobs around the program

Part Time Estimator

Cycle time, setup, and cost from stock size, part volume, features, and your own rates, tuned with measured run times.

Macro Tray

Make a button for anything you want one click away: a macro, a simulation run, a spreadsheet, or a folder. The tray stays on top and the shop's buttons are shared to every PC.

Machine Library

One spreadsheet of every machine: travel, feeds, control, file types. Every tool uses the same machine picker.

Saved Settings

Automatic copies of your CAM and simulation settings, with a checked restore when something breaks.

Custom automation

Automation for any software your shop runs

Everything custom made to your exact specs. Shop books that build themselves, blueprints in your standard, tool libraries that stay in sync, and pretty much anything else you ask for.

  • Shop books built from your program, your way
  • Fixture and part blueprints in one shop standard
  • Tools built from your tool list
  • Tool libraries in sync with the setup book
  • Simulation fixes without rebuilding the session

Questions

Does TrueSpindle need the internet?

No. TrueSpindle has no network code: no internet access, no license server, no telemetry, and no update check. It works on an air-gapped network.

What does it run on?

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. One installer, no admin rights needed for a per-user install, and nothing else to download.

Which controls does it check?

Safety checks cover Fanuc, Okuma OSP, Siemens, and Heidenhain, set up per machine from your machine list.

Does it work with our CAM software?

Yes. The editor and LoadCheck work with programs from any CAM system, and the automation is built around the software you already run.

Will it change a program without us knowing?

No. Every edit shows each changed line, old and new, and nothing is written until you click Apply. Every save keeps a backup and a record of who saved it.
